If you forget your password or nickname, at the Log in screen you will see a line that says:If you forgot your PASSWORD click here to request it. Your nickname and password will be sent to the email address that you have registered with RV Bingo.

Yes, go to the Auto tab and uncheck the auto daub option to daub your own cards! Make sure you click "Apply" to save changes.

No, not if you set the options in Auto. Go to the Auto tab on your game screen and check Auto Bingo, Auto Daub and Auto Buy. Change the amount of cards to the amount you would like to play and hit Apply to save changes.You also have the option of setting the system to play only a certain number of games.  To do this, place a check mark in the box next to the words, "Stop after". You can then use the up and down arrows next to the box to set a certain number of games you would like it to play. See the Helppage for more detailed information.

The number of cards you can play at a time will vary from game to game. The minimum Min Cards and maximum Max Cards values are shown in the Cards area, and you may select a number of cards within the range indicated.

There are two ways to change the number of cards you are playing:

Between games, click the Auto tab and click Auto Buy and change to the amount of cards you wish to purchase then click Apply to make sure changes are saved for next game.

In Triple play pattern games, when you purchase your cards, you will play 3 games on those cards.You may change your cards at any time but they will not change nor will the money come out of your account until a new Triple game begins.

Your Cards will change colors as you get closer to a bingo. Blue=3 to go, Green= 2 to go, Red=1 to go. Gold = Bingo. If you have the Auto Bingo box checked in the Auto section, bingo will be called for you. If not, when your card turns gold, a message will appear that says: Congratulations you have bingo!! Hit the bingo button, claim your prize and enjoy the excitement with your fellow players. If this message appears, hit the BINGO Button.

Even if you have NOT set the Auto Bingo option, RV Bingo will not let you miss the chance of winning. All wins are recorded automatically and allocated to the player regardless of whether Auto Bingo is set or not.

Yes, in cases where more than one player bingos on the same number, the prize is split between the winning cards. If you needed the same number to win on 2 cards, and the another player needed it on only 1, you would get 2/3 of the prize for that game!

Those boxes show how many players have cards getting close to bingo. Blue shows how many players are 3 numbers from Bingo, Green, 2 numbers from Bingo and Red, 1 number from Bingo.

Each game will show how many players are currently in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will vary depending on the time of day, day of the week and what specials are offered.  The number of players in the game is next to Players: above the number call board.

Simply click on the Chat button to the bottom of your screen to enter the chat room and meet some new friends. There are friendly, helpful Chat Masters available 24/7 to help.You can recognize them by the different color type and the CM in front of their names. Chat games are played 24 hours a day and you can win Bonus Bucks by being in chat and in the game.

When you play RV Bingo, the game creates cards for you every time you log in. You can change any or all of these cards before the beginning of every game by clicking them and then click replace card. Or you can replace all of your cards by Clicking on the Replace All button that is available only in between games.

Cash prizes are won for every game, so the amount you can win is unlimited. RV Bingo jackpots are progressive, and usually begin at $500 or $1000. Jackpots increase in size with every game played, until someone wins. We often have jackpot specials and these may start at much more than $1000.

The cash prize is based on the number of cards in play during the previous game. A share of that cash total goes toward the prize for the following game and towards the jackpot. The more cards that players play, the bigger the prize. Jackpots are progressive so they keep growing until they are won. Some games, however, have fixed prizes and fixed jackpots.

Congratulations! Jackpots can be cashed out using any of the available withdrawal methods. Be sure to leave enough in your account to allow you to play for a few more days while your winnings are expedited to you.

You may also want to consider leaving money in your account for future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play and win even more.  If you elect to cash out all your winnings, please stop playing until your Cash out is processed.Cash outs can take up to 12 hour but are usually done in minutes, depending on the method you choose to use to receive your Cash out.

You can only change your currency by applying to our Support team. You should email your request to help@rvbingo.com - putting "Currency Change" as your subject and include your nickname. It is important that you complete any plays on side games first and then close the game before contacting support. Your currency cannot be changed while you are logged in or have unfinished games.

It is important to choose a currency which is supported by your preferred payment method. If you do this, then what you deposit is exactly what will be charged by us to your bank account. If you use a payment method which does not support your currency, then your bank may make a charge for currency conversion, in which case the amount charged to your bank account may be slightly higher than your deposit. These charges are controlled by your bank and not by us.

The main difference you will notice is that your account balances, card prices, prizes, jackpots and side game bets are all shown in your choice of currency. This currency is also displayed at the bottom of the screen. The system obtains the latest exchange rates from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York at least once every 24 hours and all transactions in the bingo system use this exchange rate to convert between players' currencies.

Its easy to make a deposit. If you are in the game, click on the Cashier button and you will be taken to the secure deposit area. You are already logged in, so simply choose your deposit method.

If you are on the RV Bingo web site, click on the Members button, choose Login from the menu and enter your login information. Once you are in the secure deposit area, simply follow the instructions and choose your deposit method.

The activation key is sent to you when you register an account at RV Bingo together with a welcome email. Your account must be activated if you want to make withdrawals. You may open the game, deposit money and play without activating, but activation is necessary to make a cash-out.

You have the following options: wire or credit to your funding method, (depending on how you made your deposit.) If you want to receive a wire, fill out a money request form, which is available on the RV Bingo web site. Please make sure the address is correct prior to making the withdrawal request. There is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $5,000 (USD), an amount of $5,000 (USD) (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid once a month, until the full amount of the Withdrawal is paid. How to Cashout:

1. Click on the Cashier button.
2. Click on the Cashout button.
3. Enter the amount you wish to cash out and press "Submit". 
4. Verify that you are aware of any Bonus you will lose by cashing out and tick the box indicated.
5. Select your method of payment and enter any account numbers necessary.
6. Hit Submit and your cashout will be processed as soon as possible.

In many cases we can credit your credit card if you used a Visa Credit card, up to the amount you deposited using that card in the past 3 months. However, this option is not always available and is dependent on VISA limits.

The minimum amount you can cashout is 50 in your currency. You may make only one cashout every 24 hours.

Remember, when you make a withdrawal, the bonus bucks left in your account will be reduced , depending on the amount of cash remaining in your account. Bonus Bucks already in your Bonus Bank are also affected.

For example, if you withdraw all cash, or leave less than $10 cash, all Bonus Bucks are removed from your account. If you leave $20 cash, the Bonus Bucks left in your account will be $10 Bonus Bucks.

The amount of time will depend on the method of payment used to process your request. Normally your cashout will be processed by us within 24 hours.

Your support team prides itself on answering all emails promptly. However because of spam filtering by large ISPs like AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc., emails from some commercial organizations just don't get through to you.

If you get disconnected from the Internet in the middle of a game, the RV Bingo software program automatically re-establishes the Internet connection, logs back into the bingo game, and directs you to the game that was interrupted, so that you can continue playing the very same cards you were playing before the disconnect.

If you are unable to connect by the end of the game, the next time you log in to the game the program will send you a note that appears in the Notes area of the game informing you of the outcome of the game you couldn't finish. Since the game server continues to play your cards for you while you are disconnected, it will award you the prize if you have bingo for a certain card.

If you are disconnected during a bonus slots game, the next time you log in you may continue to play that bonus game without interruption.
